When a return is raised, Always ensure before accepting the order that the packet is not damaged if a packet is in damaged condition don’t accept the packet and immediately inform Razen Customs at [email protected] or call us at 9368993687. If you received a damaged or faulty product then you have to notify Razen Customs in 48 Hours of working days after receiving the order. If you are failing to notify in 48 hours Razen Customs will not be liable for failure to return or replace the order. The product should be returned in good packaging and with the original invoice. The prepaid order will be refunded within 7-10 Days through online bank transfer and the COD order refunded in a bank account or cashback in your account.
Q: What should I do if receiving the wrong product?
Ans: If you are receiving the wrong product then you have to notify us within 48 working hours, Razen Customs will verify your complaint and resolve your issue. In this case, the refund is not applicable only replacement is applicable. Razen Customs arrange reverse pickup for you, you have to pack the product properly. After receiving a product your replacement will be dispatch.
Q: If I did not like the product quality, can I return the product to Razen Customs.
Ans: If the description or images are not matched with the original product then you can a returned product. Razen Customs only accepts the return if the product description and images not matched the product.
Please notify Razen Customs of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, Razen Customs shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
